Count of Form 4 transactions with code P, non-derivative and priced, in the last 365 days.

How to read it

Read with the net value: many small buys can be token purchases, while a few large ones show conviction.

Keep in mind

Each transaction line on a Form 4 counts once, so one order filled at several prices can count more than once.
