Prenetics is a consumer health and longevity company, incorporated in the Cayman Islands and founded in 2014 in Hong Kong by Danny Yeung. It began in genomic testing and diagnostics, grew through COVID-19 testing services and several acquisitions and investments, and then refocused on its flagship supplement brand IM8, co-founded with David Beckham and launched in December 2024. IM8 generated $60.1 million of revenue in FY2025 and reached $120 million in annualized recurring revenue by December 2025. Total FY2025 revenue from continuing operations was $92.4 million, with a loss for the year of $40.0 million and an adjusted EBITDA loss of $13.9 million. During 2025 and early 2026 the company divested ACT Genomics, the Europa 3PL sports distribution business and its Insighta stake, in order to concentrate on consumer health.

The business is organized around two brands. IM8 and Europa formed the Consumer Health segment, and CircleDNA forms the Prevention segment. IM8's products are built around daily performance and longevity. They include Daily Ultimate Essentials Pro, an all-in-one supplement with 90+ ingredients, Daily Ultimate Longevity, and the bundled Beckham Stack. The products are NSF Certified for Sport, vegan and non-GMO. Additional SKUs are planned for 2026 and 2027, and the company plans three more randomized controlled clinical trials in 2026. CircleDNA is a next-generation-sequencing consumer genetic testing brand offering over 500 personalized reports in four tiers (Vital, Family Planning, Health and Premium). It generated $12.9 million in FY2025 at about 85% gross margin, and has delivered more than 500,000 test kits since its 2019 launch. Europa, the divested 3PL business, contributed $19.3 million of FY2025 revenue at about a 1% gross margin.

IM8 sells exclusively direct to consumers through its online store and affiliated social media channels, and ships to more than 30 countries. Over 60% of FY2025 IM8 revenue came from outside the U.S.: the U.S. accounted for 39.7%, followed by Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and Singapore. About 80% of new customers choose a subscription, and quarterly plans were introduced in December 2025. The company is localizing for Japan, Germany, France, Spain, Hong Kong and Australia. Marketing relies on science-led credibility, equity-aligned athlete ambassadors (Beckham, Aryna Sabalenka, Ollie Bearman and Giannis Antetokounmpo), and AI-driven performance marketing, with about 80% of paid spend on Meta. CircleDNA is sold mainly through its website, supported by digital advertising, influencers and affiliates.

Prenetics uses third-party manufacturers and logistics partners and has no in-house manufacturing or distribution. IM8 products are made in FDA-registered U.S. facilities, and ingredients come from multiple suppliers. The company uses AI across creative production, customer acquisition, supply chain and internal operations. It competes with established supplement brands, direct-to-consumer all-in-one brands such as AG1 and Gruns, and longevity brands such as Elysium Health. CircleDNA competes with Ancestry.com and MyHeritage. The company relies on patents, trademarks, proprietary formulations and trade secrets for intellectual property protection.
