Masco Corporation is a global designer, manufacturer and distributor of branded home improvement and building products. Its portfolio includes BEHR paint, DELTA and HANSGROHE faucets and bath and shower fixtures, LIBERTY decorative and functional hardware, and HOT SPRING spas. The company aims to leverage its brands across product categories, sales channels and geographies, and its strategy centers on driving the full potential of its core businesses, leveraging opportunities across the enterprise and actively managing its portfolio. In 2025 it repurchased about 8.5 million shares and raised its quarterly dividend by roughly seven percent over 2024.

Masco reports two segments, Plumbing Products and Decorative Architectural Products. Plumbing Products covers faucets, showerheads, handheld showers, valves, bath hardware, bathing units, shower bases and enclosures, drains, steam showers, water filtration systems, sinks and kitchen accessories under brands such as DELTA, BRIZO, PEERLESS, HANSGROHE, AXOR, KRAUS, NEWPORT BRASS, WALTEC, BRISTAN and HERITAGE. It also includes acrylic tubs and shower units (DELTA, MIROLIN), spas, exercise pools, aquatic fitness systems and saunas (HOT SPRING, CALDERA, ENDLESS POOLS, TYLÖ, HELO and others), brass, copper and composite plumbing components (BRASSCRAFT, PLUMBSHOP, MASTER PLUMBER), connected water products, electron beam irradiation services, and custom thermoplastic solutions, extruded profiles and PEX tubing. Decorative Architectural Products includes architectural coatings (paints, primers, specialty coatings, stains, waterproofing and applicators) under BEHR, KILZ and WHIZZ, plus cabinet and door hardware under LIBERTY and FRANKLIN BRASS, and decorative bath hardware, shower accessories and shower doors under DELTA and FRANKLIN BRASS. Architectural coatings were about 31 percent of 2025 consolidated net sales, and the segment is seasonal, with stronger sales in the second and third quarters.

Plumbing products are sold mainly in North America, Europe and China through home center and online retailers, mass merchandisers, wholesalers and distributors, who in turn serve plumbers, contractors, remodelers, smaller retailers, consumers and homebuilders. Spas, pools and saunas are sold worldwide through independent specialty retailers and distributors, with some consumer-direct and online sales. Paints and coatings are sold mainly in North America and South America to do-it-yourself and professional customers through home center and other retailers. The Home Depot is the company's largest customer and the largest in the coatings segment, and Masco grants it Behr brand exclusivity in North American retail and Kilz exclusivity in certain channels. Losing its sales would materially harm the segment and the company.

Plumbing Products are manufactured mainly in North America and Europe, as well as Asia, and some are sourced from Asia and other regions. Key inputs include brass (copper and zinc) for plumbing, and acrylic resins and titanium dioxide for coatings. Masco uses multiple domestic and foreign sources, sometimes with long-term supplier agreements, and has faced price volatility and higher costs from duties and tariffs. Competitors include Kohler, Moen (Fortune Brands), Lixil's American Standard and Grohe, Dornbracht, Sherwin-Williams, PPG, RPM, Benjamin Moore, Jacuzzi, Top Knobs and Amerock, along with private label and digitally native brands. Competition rests on brand reputation, innovation, quality, service, breadth of offering and price. Masco held numerous patents, trademarks and trade secrets, and had about 18,000 employees at December 31, 2025.
