The Aviation segment provides integrated flight decks, electronic flight displays, navigation/communication equipment, autopilots and safety systems (Autoland, Smart Glide, Smart Rudder Bias), audio systems, engine indication systems, traffic avoidance and ADS-B/transponder solutions, weather and datalink connectivity, portable navigators and wearables, and services such as Garmin Pilot, PlaneSync, SmartCharts, and AeroData, serving general aviation, business aviation, rotorcraft, military/defense, and emerging markets like electric aircraft and Advanced Air Mobility/eVTOL. The Marine segment offers chartplotters and multi-function displays (GPSMAP, ECHOMAP), Navionics cartography, fishfinders (Striker), and sonar technologies (LiveScope, Panoptix) for recreational boating and fishing. Garmin distributes its products through OEM channels, worldwide dealer networks, and direct-to-consumer offerings, and files periodic reports with the SEC that are made available through its investor relations website.
