Red Flags

What is High-Severity Flags (1Y)?

How many critical or high-severity red flags appeared in filings from the last twelve months: auditor changes, going-concern language, restatements and the like.

How it is calculated

Count of flags rated critical or high on filings with a filing date in the last 365 days.

How to read it

The usual screen condition is zero. Any count above zero deserves a read of the flag itself before the company goes further in your process.

Keep in mind

Only filings Scrutar has analysed carry flags, so an unanalysed company shows zero.

Where the numbers come from

Scrutar counts High-Severity Flags (1Y) from the red flags its filing analysis detects in the company's 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K filings, dated by each filing's filing date.
